You don’t need to arrive at therapy with an agenda, a perfectly articulated problem, or enough material to fill fifty minutes. Not knowing what to talk about can feel awkward, but the uncertainty, silences, tangents, and seemingly unimportant things that come to mind can all become part of the work.
