Therapy, in a way that works for you

Therapy doesn't have to look exactly one way. You might want a quiet hour to untangle the patterns you've been noticing for years. You might want to meet from your couch after work. You might think more clearly when you're moving, with trees around you and somewhere for your eyes to go besides directly at another human being for fifty minutes.

Mossbrook Counseling offers individual therapy for adults through secure telehealth across Pennsylvania, as well as walk-and-talk therapy at selected locations in Bucks County.

Individual Therapy

My approach is insight-oriented and grounded largely in psychodynamic therapy. We'll look beyond the immediate problem to understand the patterns underneath it: how you relate to other people, respond to difficult emotions, protect yourself, and make sense of your experiences. The goal isn't just insight for insight's sake. It's understanding yourself well enough to have more choice about what happens next.

Virtual Therapy

$100.00

Meet from the privacy and convenience of home through secure telehealth. Virtual therapy offers the same depth of individual work without the commute, and is available to adults throughout Pennsylvania.

Walk-and-Talk Therapy

$130.00

Take therapy outside. Walk-and-talk sessions combine conversation, movement, and time in nature for people who may think, talk, or simply feel more comfortable while moving through the world instead of sitting across from someone in a room.

A note about cost: I believe cost shouldn't have to put therapy out of reach. A limited number of reduced-fee spots are available for clients who would otherwise have difficulty affording the full session fee. You're welcome to ask about current sliding-scale availability.

Not sure where to start?

You don't need to know exactly what kind of therapy you're looking for before reaching out. If something isn't working, keeps repeating, or just feels harder than it should, that's enough of a place to begin.

We can talk about what brings you to therapy, what you're hoping might change, and whether working together feels like a good fit.
